I have a co-worker who gets really fired up while on the phone with tech support for a long length of time.
I drew inspiration from him for this one; however, the underlying issue here is that calling tech support is
almost an abhorrent thing anymore and it’s just a breath of fresh air when we get someone who is clearly
fluent at English. I don’t care where you are from, just as long as I can understand you when we are
discussing complex issues. I Promise to return the same and clearly communicate with you as well. I have
spoken to clearly Indian Tech support folks who spoke English, perhaps, better than I do, but they are
extremely rare. Enjoy!
